Stewart Brewing – First World Problems
Abv: 6.2% IBU: 80 Belgian IPA
The Beer: Plenty of hops, delicious grassy aromas, maybe some light citrus edges; clear copper in colour, plenty of bubbles rising, frothy head that lasts; clean, crips taste, plenty of hops in the flavour (plenty); medium bodied, heavy bitterness from start to finish
Thoughts: A seriously fabulous beer. Don’t recall having anything as bitter as this in a long time. The bitterness is enough to send the mouth off on a journey, but its not too much to take the inside of the throat off. Love the label design. Very good.
